wax appointment etiquette
Allow time for traffic. A 5 minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be considered as missed and will result in a missed appointment fee.
Text or call us the moment you think you might be late, we may or may not be able to hold your appointment. Letting us know in advance will help us better navigate the schedule efficiently.
Wear a tampon or menstrual cup for waxing during cycle. Always freshen up before your appointment if you are on your menstrual cycle.
If you’re unable to freshen up prior to your wax appointment, we provide unscented towelettes so you can freshen up before your wax. Not necessary but deeply appreciated.
If you plan on bringing your pet, please make sure they are properly (potty) trained. Should your fur baby have an incident, we kindly request you clean up after your own pet.
Menstrual cycle cancellation or rescheduling allowed twice without fee. Third occurrence will result in fee of $25 per missed service.
If needed, please use the restroom on arrival to avoid delaying your services.
Children are welcome, however, unattended children in the lobby is not allowed. Please expect to bring your child into the wax room with you. If you’re not comfortable doing that, please plan or schedule your wax at a time that your able to accommodate care for your child.
